Raise Funds for your Chapter with the Panda Express – CSF/CJSF Virtual Fundraiser on November 5, 2020.

Report your receipts by November 19, 2020.

Participating chapters will receive 10% of the pre-tax sales of their supporters.*

After the fundraiser

  • Report your chapter sales by November 19, 2020.
    (If you need help consolidating the receipts in to a single PDF, contact [email protected] for assistance.)
    • Save or Print to PDF all email receipts received from supporters. Email [email protected] if you need help with this.
    • List receipts from supporters on this fillable PDF. IMPORTANT: Download and save the form to your computer, then open it and fill it in, save and upload.
    • Upload the receipts and PDF form CSF using the online form below on this page.
  • Form and receipts must be received no later than November 19, 2020.
    Only one form and set of receipts per chapter.
    No late submissions will be accepted.
    *As evidenced by sales receipts submitted to CSF.

FUNDRAISING FOR YOUR CHAPTER

If you normally fundraise for your chapter and needs some ideas for virtual fundraising, here are a few suggestions.

  • Sell singing “telegrams”. Ask for email address of recipients. Use Zoom to deliver the musical messages.
  • Virtual concert. Make use of the talent of your chapter members to create an online experience and sell tickets to it.
  • Virtual talent show. Ask supporters to submit their virtual talent show performances video. The videos can be compiled for viewers to vote on their favorite. Charge an entry fee. Consider offering several prizes, including for best overall, most humorous, most talented child, etc. to boost participation.
  • 24-hour campaign. Get in on GivingTuesday – December 1, 2020
    Send emails to potential supporters requesting donations on December 1st, or any date you choose.
  • Panda Express Virtual Fundraiser. Participate in the CSF Panda Express fundraiser on November 5th and get 10% of your chapter’s pre-tax sales. Stay Connected for details.

2021: CSF 100th ANNIVERSARY

We will be celebrating 100 Years of CSF and Scholars for Service all year long in 2021 and will cap off the 100th Anniversary of California Scholarship Federation with a CSF float in the Rose Parade® on January 1, 2022!

Participation by current and former CSF members and advisers will be needed to make this happen! Stay Connected for service opportunities and news throughout the year – float decorating, contests, and more.

We are looking for CSF history! Current and former advisers and members are asked to share their CSF memories and photos using the form on our website – https://csf-cjsf.org/100-years-of-csf-history/

Many of our Board members were CSF members and are sharing photos and stories from their experience. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to contribute. Advisers – consider giving service hours to members who submit stories and photos to the CSF history campaign.

Partners in supporting “Scholars for Service”

CSF is planning a virtual fundraiser with Panda Express restaurants across the USA for this school year. Funds donated by Panda Express go to support the programs of CSF and CJSF which provide Financial Awards, Spring Region conferences, conferences, and more for chapters, members, and advisers. Chapters will receive 10% of all their pre-tax sales.

We hope you will order Panda Express online on November 5th and encourage your members, family, and friends to participate.
