How to participate
- Register to participate – Complete the registration form to participate in the event.
- Include the name of the event captain and the email address. You will receive a test email from CSF to verify that this email address can receive emails.
- Get the word out to your supporters via email, website, social media, etc.
- Remind supporters to ORDER ONLINE and enter the Fundraiser Code 919531 during checkout – PDFs to be shared with supporters “How to order” will be available in October
- Ask supporters to forward their Panda Express email receipts to your captain/event email address or send you a screenshot of the entire receipt including the pre-tax total. NOTE: Receipts/Screenshots must include the pre-tax amount of the purchase.
Register your chapter to participate in the event on April 19, 2024 and receive a donation from CSF/CJSF.

Orders must be placed online or with the Panda Express app or a mobile device, for
pickup at ANY Panda Express in the country.
Now everyone you know can participate!
Participating chapters will receive a donation of 10% of the pre-tax purchases of their supporters
on orders entered online anywhere in the United States.
Get the word out! Your neighbors, friends, and family can all participate by
using the Fundraiser code 919531 to help support CSF/CJSF and your chapter.

After the fundraiser – Get your donation from CSF
- Report your chapter sales and upload your receipts by May 3, 2024.
(If you need help consolidating the receipts into a single PDF, email fundraisers@csf-cjsf.org for assistance.)- Save or Print to PDF all email receipts received from supporters. Email fundraisers@csf-cjsf.org if you need help with this.
- List receipts from supporters on this PDF.
IMPORTANT: Download and save the form to your computer, then open it and fill it in, save and upload. - Upload the receipts and PDF form CSF using the online form below on this page.
- Form and receipts must be received no later than May 3, 2024.
Be sure you have all of your receipts together before submitting.
Only one form and set of receipts per chapter.
No late submissions will be accepted.
*As evidenced by sales receipts submitted to CSF.
The check for the donation of 10% of the pre-tax sales will be mailed to the adviser’s school address within 30 days.
