Thank you for participating in the Panda Express Fundraiser for CSF/CJSF
After the fundraiser – Get your donation from CSF!
- Report your chapter sales and upload your receipts by November 21, 2024.
(If you need help consolidating the receipts into a single PDF, email [email protected] for assistance.)- *Save or Print to PDF all email receipts received from supporters. Email [email protected] if you need help with this.
- TALLY SHEET: List receipts from supporters on this PDF.
IMPORTANT: Download and save the form to your computer, then open it and fill it in, save and upload. - Upload the receipts and PDF form CSF using the online form below on this page.
- Form and receipts must be received no later than November 21, 2024.
Be sure you have all of your receipts together before submitting.
Only one form and set of receipts per chapter.
No late submissions will be accepted.
*As evidenced by sales receipts submitted to CSF.
The check for the donation of 10% of the pre-tax sales will be mailed to the adviser’s school address within 30 days.
Need help with the receipts PDF?
1. On a PC that has Adobe Acrobat software, save all the receipt files in a folder.
Open the folder and highlight all of the receipt files.
Right click and click on Show more options
Click on Combine files in Acrobat.
2. If you use Kami you are able to do it there.
3. Save all the receipt files in a folder.
Open the folder and select all of the receipt files.
Right click and click on Compress to – ZIP file
Send to [email protected] as an email attachment
4. Attach all the receipts individually as an email attachment to [email protected]
