Two steps to complete

  1. Update chapter information. If you did not complete the Information form please go to https://csf-cjsf.org/csf-renew-a-chapter/
  2. Pay Dues. Scroll down to download a PDF dues payment form to pay By Mail, or complete the Online Dues Payment form.

Dues are due on November 1st every year.

Please note: Dues paid late (After November 1st) may affect the “good standing” of your chapter for award nominations.

To be in “good standing” for Seymour Award nominations, chapter dues must be paid for the current 2024-2025 year. Course Lists submitted and approved for 2024-25 school year, prior to nominating students for the Seymour award.

1 –   500 $75.00
501 – 2000 $100.00
2001 and above $150.00

Add $40.00 Late Fee if paid/postmarked after November 1, 2024.*

CSF Chapter dues are based on the total school enrollment of grades 9-12 (not on number of chapter members).
If your school enrollment is:
  • 1 – 500 – Dues = $75
  • 501 – 2000 – Dues = $100
  • 2001 and above – Dues = $150

CSF Dues 2024-2025 & 2023-2024

CSF Chapter dues are based on the total school enrollment of grades 9-12 (not on number of chapter members).
Dues for 2023-2024 & 2024-2025 including $40 late fee for 2023-2024 dues, if your school enrollment is:
  • 1 – 500 – Dues:  $75 + $75 + $40 = $190
  • 501 – 2000 – Dues: $100 + $100 + $40 = $240
  • 2001 and above – Dues: $150 + $150 + $40 = $340
