- Pay Dues. Scroll down to download a PDF dues payment form to pay By Mail, or complete the Online Dues Payment form.

Dues are due on November 1st every year.
Please note: Dues paid late (After November 1st) may affect the “good standing” of your chapter for award nominations.
To be in “good standing” for Seymour Award nominations, chapter dues must be paid for the current 2023-2024 year. Course Lists submitted and approved for 2023-24 school year, prior to nominating students for the Seymour award.
Annual CSF dues are based on total school enrollment of grades 9-12

After you click blue button – Renew CSF Chapter and Pay Now – You will be taken to the next screen which shows your payment amount. Click Submit. You will be taken to the PayPal payment options screen (pops up in a new tab) which allows you to use a PayPal account (blue Login button) or pay with Debit or Credit Card (gray button).
You must allow popups to see the PayPal payment tab.
