Renew a CSF Chapter

Chapter dues are payable by January 31st each year. Payments made after the deadline will be assessed a late fee of $40.

Dues are based on total school enrollment.

  • 1 – 500  |  $75.00
  • 501 – 2000  |  $100.00
  • 2001 and above  |  $150.00

To renew a chapter and complete payment you will need:

  • Chapter number – This information is on the “Renew Your CSF Chapter” email sent to chapter adviser.
  • Number of chapter members
  • Total school enrollment
  • PayPal account or credit/debit card or check

Note: Please do not use the online form if you will be mailing a check for dues. If you must mail a check for dues please click on the BY MAIL tab and download and print the form for mailing with a check.

Your payment is NOT complete until you receive a PayPal receipt. If you do not receive an email receipt from PayPal, please contact patricia@csf-cjsf.org.
